New Horizon Mitigation Services was founded in 2010 at the height of the housing and economic recession with one purpose – to assist homeowners in foreclosure in achieving their most favorable outcome. Since then, we have assisted hundreds of homeowners and industry professionals throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida avoid foreclosure through a variety of workout options, most notably through a short sale.
